2-Ingredient Vegan Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat the light coconut milk over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer

In a bowl that can handle heat, pour the hot coconut milk over the dark chocolate

Set it down for one minute and then stir it until the chocolate is smooth and all melted

Put the mix in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm

Once its hard, take small pieces and use your hands to roll them into balls

Possible: To make them look nicer, roll the truffles in cocoa powder, coconut shreds, or nuts

Put it back in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
