These clean eating quinoa tortillas are a delicious and gluten-free alternative to traditional tortillas. Packed with protein and flavor, they are perfect for anyone following a keto or gluten-free diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine quinoa flour, coconut flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder

Gradually add warm water while stirring until a dough forms

Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball

Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin circle

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Carefully transfer the tortilla to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden brown spots appear

Repeat with the remaining dough
