Slow Cooker Nacho Bean Dip

This Slow Cooker Nacho Bean Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer thats perfect for game day, parties, or any gathering. Packed with beans, cheese, and flavorful spices, its creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly delicious. The slow cooker does all the work, making it an easy and convenient dish to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz refried beans
  • 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine all the beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper

Stir well to combine

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, stirring occasionally

Once heated through, switch the slow cooker to the warm setting to keep the dip warm while serving

Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping
