Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt
Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix until well combined
Fold in chopped hazelnuts
Form the dough into a ball and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Press the dough into a circle about 1-inch thick
Cut the circle into 6 wedges
Separate the wedges slightly on the baking sheet
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set and slightly firm to the touch
Allow to cool slightly before serving
