Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded kale
- 1 cup shredded red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shred the red cabbage, carrots, kale, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper and put them all in a large bowl
