Tender, flavorful baby back ribs cooked low and slow in the slow cooker until they are fall-off-the-bone delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl
To fit the racks of ribs in the slow cooker, cut them into smaller pieces
Cover each rib with some of the sauce mix
Put the ribs in the slow cooker and stack them if you need to
After cooking on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, the ribs should be soft and fully cooked
Finish by putting it under the broiler for a few minutes if you want the crust to get caramelized
Serve hot, and if you want, top with extra BBQ sauce
