Ingredients:
- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C
Grind the popcorn kernels according to your favorite method
After popping, place aside
Combine the paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, if using, in a small bowl
After rubbing the pork chops with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste
