Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- Pita chips for serving
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper
Cook until beef is browned and cooked through
In a large bowl, mix together cooked beef, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped fresh parsley, sliced black olives, and diced cucumber
Arrange pita chips on a serving platter
Top pita chips with the beef mixture
Serve immediately and enjoy
