Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Get the outdoor pizza oven/fire pit by britt13 ready and heat it up to a medium-high level
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want
Cover the dough with tomato sauce, leaving a little space around the edges
On top of the sauce, spread out the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, shredded mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the pizza after adding the olive oil
Using a pizza peel, carefully move the pizza to the outdoor pizza oven or fire pit that has already been heated
The pizza should be cooked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese melts and bubbles
Once you take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool down for a few minutes
Then cut it up and serve
Enjoy your homemade smokey pizza from the pizza oven or fire pit outside
