Ingredients:
- 2 cups gingersnap cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup spiced apple compote
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions:
To make the crust, put melted butter in a bowl and mix in crushed gingersnap cookies
Fill glasses or jars with gingersnap crust and press it into the bottom
Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be mixed together until smooth in a different bowl
Add the whipped cream slowly and mix it in well
In the serving glasses, put the cream cheese mixture on top of the gingersnap crust
Spiced apple compote should be put on top of the cream cheese layer
Pour caramel sauce on top of the apple compote layer
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish
Add ground cinnamon to the whipped cream to make it look nicer
Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve them
