No-Churn Condensed Milk And Jam Ice Cream

This no-churn ice cream recipe is incredibly easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients. The combination of sweetened condensed milk and thickened cream creates a rich and creamy base, while the addition of fruit jam adds a burst of fruity flavor. With no need for an ice cream maker, this recipe is perfect for satisfying your ice cream cravings anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups 500ml thickened cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam your choice of flavor

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract

In another mixing bowl, whip the thickened cream until stiff peaks form

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined

Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or a freezer-safe container

Spoon half of the fruit jam over the ice cream mixture in the pan

Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture and jam, creating a swirl effect

Use a knife to gently swirl the jam through the ice cream mixture

Cover the pan/container with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight

Serve scoops of the ice cream garnished with fresh fruit or extra jam, if desired
