Triple Chocolate Nutella Cupcakes

With these Triple Chocolate Nutella Cupcakes, chocolate lovers will be spoiled for choice. Theyre rich and moist, and Nutella and chocolate chips give them even more chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk

Beat the eggs in a different bowl, then add the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract

Combine well

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

Be careful not to mix too much

Add the Nutella, semisweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips to the batter and mix them in well

The batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner

After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

For a few minutes, let the cupcakes cool in the muffin tin

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

You can frost the cupcakes with Nutella or your favorite chocolate frosting after they are cool
