This Tuna Pasta Salad is a refreshing and easy-to-make dish thats perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Packed with flavors and textures, its a delightful blend of pasta, tuna, fresh vegetables, and a zesty dressing.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta
Run cold water over the drain and rinse
Put cooked pasta, drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley in a large bowl
Put olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk
