This ditalini pasta dish with peas and Parmesan cheese only has six ingredients and looks fancy on a plate. When you mix soft pasta, sweet peas, and salty Parmesan, you get a wonderful balance of flavors. Great for a quick and filling meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook ditalini pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Put frozen peas in a different pot and add water
Bring the water to a boil
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Put peas and cooked ditalini pasta in the pan
Throw it all together well
To taste, add salt and black pepper
Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta and peas
Toss it again until the cheese is melted and spread out evenly
Enjoy while hot
